The product adopts dual line laser imaging for multi angle detection of body gap and flush measurement. The detection area covers various parts such as car doors, hood, trunk lid, headlights, etc. It can detect transparent and semi transparent materials (glass or plastic), highly reflective surfaces, or dark surfaces without the need for surface spraying, stickers, or auxiliary reference points. It is not afraid of environmental light interference and is equipped with two sets of interfaces for configuration and display, making it easy for offline technical personnel to debug and online testing personnel to grasp the detection results in real-time.
