The loading of parts can be manually completed through an integrated processing system or through robots. Based on the geometric structure of the part, it is also possible to align the components in advance to solve the problem area in the best way.
The spray and drying nozzles are respectively compatible with the parts to be cleaned. If possible and necessary, the components can also be adjusted to flush the drilled holes to achieve the highest cleanliness requirements.
The drying of components can be carried out using classic processes such as blowing and hot air drying or vacuum drying.
