The VOGT handheld ultrasonic weld inspection device is an efficient and precise welding quality testing tool. It uses ultrasonic principles to perform welding quality testing on the body and related parts of the car. The product can accurately measure the resistance welding points in steel and aluminum, with a full load standby time exceeding 4 hours, making it more stable to use. At the same time, it can detect the welding points of 2-3 layer plate overlap combinations, and the thickness range of single-layer plate can reach 0.6-5 millimeters. The ultrasonic measurement signal is collected at a rate of more than 20,000 times per second and used for data processing, enabling the image to achieve extremely high resolution. Each welding point generates more than 700 sets of effective detection data (A-scans), which are synchronized and analyzed to form an image. The A-scan data in each imaging welding point can be saved independently, compared with destructive testing data, and further evaluated and calibrated.
