The roller chain and the steel belt each have an independent rotating device. During vulcanization, the belt blank is sandwiched between two steel strips and vulcanized by the hot plate through heat conduction heating, and the vulcanized belt blank is pressurized by the hot plate, roller chain and steel strip. During vulcanization, the upper and lower annular steel strips and the belt blank operate continuously at the same time to achieve continuous vulcanization of the belt blank. When producing PVC or PVG whole core strips, the first set of hot plates is heated to vulcanize or plasticize the strip blank, while the second set of hot plates is cooled and shaped with cooling water.
